At Cover Eden Co., each item is created with care and intention. Because many of our products are personalized or made-to-order, please review our return policy carefully before purchasing.
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
We have a 14-day return policy for defective or damaged items, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it

Unworn, unused, and with tags attached

In its original packaging

Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package, along with a return shipping label if applicable.
Please note: Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customized & Personalized Products
All sales are final on customized and personalized products.
Because these items are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun, unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

Exchanges
The fastest way to receive a different item is to place a new order once your approved return has been processed.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
To qualify:

Please note that customized or personalized items may be exempt from EU cancellation rights where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at coveredenco@gmail.com.
