Fast & Reliable Delivery

1. U.S. Shipping: All orders within the United States typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

2. Flat Rate: Free Shipping for ALL US orders. We offer a simple $7.00 flat rate for all other location orders. While actual shipping costs are often higher, we cover the remaining balance to keep things affordable for you.

Made in the USA: Every Pink Toile blanket is proudly made and shipped from within the United States.

3. Order Processing: We work quickly to get your order out the door, usually within 1–3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your package ships.

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress on the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions
Currently, we ship to the following locations:
The United States, Europe, UK, NZ, Australia, Canada

We do not ship to the following locations:
Asia, Africa, South America, Middle East and Bulkains 

6. International Shipping
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for information on import regulations and potential fees before placing an international order.

7. Address Accuracy
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages
We take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, but in the event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at CoverEdenCo@gmail.com immediately. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if applicable, send a replacement or process a refund.

9. Delivery Issues
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors, household members, or local carrier. If you are still unable to locate it, contact us within 15 days so we can assist you in resolving the matter.

Return Policy

Our "Covered" Guarantee

We want you to love your blanket. If for any reason you aren't completely satisfied, we are here to help.

  • 15-Day Return Window: You have 15 days after receiving your blanket to request a return.
  • Condition: To be eligible, your blanket must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused, and in its original packaging.
  • Easy Process: To start a return, simply email us at CoverEdenCo@gmail.com. If accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and clear instructions on where to send your package.
  • Fast Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Damages: Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Please Note: Personalized or custom items and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
